Before Exercise or your Chiro visits:

After Exercise or Chiro:

  1. Faster recovery and adaption

  2. Increased Blood flow to muscles

  3. Helps return the body temp and heart rate to resting level

  4. Helps adaption of muscles to new position and function following adjustments

We give specific stretches and exercises to help you see faster improvements and to allow your body to better hold your adjustment’s.
